Healing from PTSD. When you start having memories and can't believe what has truly happened to you.

Someone asked "where to go with the new information?"

it is a long difficult process; don't be worried or scared, you are on the right track; unveiling the truth about your past is a necessary and very important stage;

you don't really need to "go" anywhere with the new information, you just need to keep gathering information, walking one small step at a time, one foot in front of the other.

there are layers and layers to be "peeled off". there are loads of information waiting to be unveiled. it takes time, it's all worth it.

i was there and know exactly what you are talking about.

my self-help memoir The Way Out, a free e-book, very easy read (pocket size pages) carries lots of insights about the process ahead and about ways to maneuver through it all.

good luck, hang in there, it's a rough ride but it leads to your true self and to a meaningful life.
